To strengthen the ‘Family’ spirit of SRK and raise awareness of mass weddings in the society, Govind Dholakia organizes “Mass weddings” since 2015. 251 couples got married in the year 2015, which also marked 50 years of Govind Dholakia’s coming to Surat. In 2016, 151 couples married in his hometown Lathi-Dudhala. In the months of February and December of the year 2018, 25 -25 couples bonded by wedlock. In 2019 during Shree Ramkrishna Bhagwat Pravaah – 2020, 74 couples got married. In 2023, 70 couples got married at Surat and 84 couples got married in the year 2024.
