School Empowerment Programme (SEP)
Under this program, SRK knowledge foundation has adopted five government schools from rural areas of Gujarat for contributing towards better learning and teaching outcome. SEP focuses on holistic development of children and aims to provide better opportunities to those schools which are deprived of materialistic facilities and will withstand to boost their moral values and ethics.
The Five major sectors SEP will focus are- Academics, School Infrastructure Development, Human Resource Development, Technological Development and Skill Development
SEP will also work in areas like Teachers’ Training; Train the Trainer, School Leadership Program (Developing Principals’ leadership Program), Parental Engagement in campus, Connecting with Community, Empowering Students and transforming schools to be techno-savvy campuses. Materials and resources required in this program will be provided by Knowledge Foundation.
