Santokbaa Humanitarian Award

The SRK Knowledge Foundation (SRKKF) was established with a steadfast commitment to the betterment of humanity and enriching lives. The foundation pursues initiatives that supports communities, mainly in the field of education, healthcare, rural development, community welfare, etc.  Established in 2006 to celebrate and honour the legacy of Govind Dholakia’s beloved mother, Santokbaa, the ‘Santokbaa Humanitarian Award’ recognises and honours the individuals who showcase extraordinary dedication to humanitarian causes and community services.

Santokbaa’s selfless devotion and humanitarian values inspired Govindkaka to further her mission by honouring altruists from various fields.  The foremost objective of the Santokbaa Humanitarian Award is to positively impact the society, permeate powerful values and encourage the youth into spreading compassion and competitive ideologies. The prestigious award has been conferred to 17  eminent personalities from distinctive backgrounds.
